We are a one-person business providing aftermarket accessories and modification parts for electric bikes, including accessories compatible with the Ridstar Q20. By accessing or using our website, purchasing from us, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
RideVamp Mods sells third-party, aftermarket parts. We are not affiliated with Ridstar or any other manufacturer unless stated otherwise. You agree not to use our products for any illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all local laws regarding electric bike operation, speeds, and modifications. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. PRODUCT USE, INSTALLATION & SAFETY
By purchasing from RideVamp Mods, you acknowledge and agree that modifying your electric bike can change its performance and increase risks. Some modifications may void your bike’s original warranty. Improper installation or misuse can cause damage, injury, or unsafe riding conditions. You are fully responsible for installation, setup, use, and operation of all products. RideVamp Mods is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, electrical modifications, overvolting, overpowering, DIY repairs, unsafe riding, or failure to follow local laws. Always wear proper safety gear and ride responsibly.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We strive for accurate product information but mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies or errors, update descriptions, change pricing, modify or discontinue products, or cancel any order affected by an error, all without prior notice.

4. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders may be canceled if they appear fraudulent or suspicious. Prices may change without notice.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, inventory issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses, and address mistakes may result in lost or undeliverable packages.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Our return and refund process is described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if a product shows signs of installation, modification, wear, or damage caused by the customer.

7. WARRANTIES
RideVamp Mods does not provide warranties on aftermarket parts unless explicitly stated in a product listing. RideVamp Mods is not responsible for damage to your electric bike resulting from installed accessories or modifications.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RideVamp Mods is not liable for personal injury, property damage, loss of use, loss of revenue, damage caused by modifications, electrical failures or overloads, or issues resulting from improper installation or misuse. Your use of our products is entirely at your own risk.
